IPOB Scorns Gov Hope Uzodimma Peace Dialogue, Gives Condition

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have made it known that they are not part of any peace talk dialogue call made by the governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma.
In a live interview monitored by Eastern Pilot correspondent, the Media, and Publicity Secretary of IPOB, Comrade Emma Powerful told BBC Igbo that Governor Uzodimma did not mention IPOB's name when he was calling for peace talks to restore peace in the state following an upsurge in attacks and killings in recent times.

''Hope Uzodima did not offend every group. It is not every group that he offended. He offended IPOB he must be specific that I want to make peace with IPOB then the world will hear it and then we'll give him our own condition for that peace, said Powerful.
But what if someone said any group or any individual don't you think that he's also referring to IPOB also because if he refers to only you IPOB...
Powerful cuts in... We are not....we are not any group and individual no. He must be specific because he offended us to the 100 % core so he must be open and tell the world that IPOB, I want to have peace with you. The world will hear it and then IPOB will bring out their own terms and conditions for the peace talk.
What if he doesn't call IPOB name won't you make peace?
Let him go and settle with those he felt he offended that means we are not among them
Please tell us one or two things that you will want him to settle with your group IPOB can you be specific?
What we want him to settle is that... he knows what to do. There are people sending him to fight his own youths. Our case with him...Our fight with Hope Uzodinma is not something that can be settled so easily because when IPOB formed ESN, our leader launched ESN, the only person or only governor that first of all brought the Army to come and attacked us was Hope Uzodinma. Did we kill anybody? No! Did we attack any individual? No! We (ESN) were in the bushes and forests chasing the Fulani terrorist groups in our forests that were raping our mothers, sisters, and wives but he saw it as evil what Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has done and IPOB have done something nobody has ever done on earth then he brought the soldiers to come and attack them in Orlu so our case with Hope Uzodimma is a different case. He knows that very well that is why he doesn't want to mention IPOB. If he is claiming to dialogue with any group that he offended without mentioning IPOB; I'm ready to make peace with you then know it; it is not for us. The dialogue or peace talk is not for us. Tell him that is what I said.
